Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is ready to ship, you will be contacted via UPS Messenger Service with delivery details.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking message from the Gigil Team so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@mygigil.com. We will promptly investigate and do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office for more information.
