Return & Exchange Policy
Thanks for shopping with us at MyGigil!
While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange, as long as your item is unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and you have the receipt.
Sale items can be exchanged within 15 days and only for other sale items. Unfortunately, returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.
If you'd like to begin a return or exchange, just reach out to us at info@mygigil.com or call us at +961 81 300 391. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first, as we won’t be able to accept it.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to place a new order after your return is accepted.
EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If so, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
